I was trying out my new paint pen... I got the background way too dark. Mix with more water!!
And the vase doesn't look very SEATED on the table - more like its floating...
But I'm amazed at the way the posting improves my artwork!! This one looks much better here than in my little book!

This reminds me of a black and white drawing that Chagall did of flowers in a vase... very lively in spite of no colour.

It is a journey - and for me humble beginnings. But yes - it IS FUN! I've enjoyed looking at your work online, and of course my sisters' blogs leap the miles that separate like a beautiful rainbow! Your baby girl is year old now!!
Now, I keep checking Ketchup and Kitchentable for new posts, but nyet - zilch - come on, come on now gels.
